I am pretty new to CE still in terms of what i know how to do. I was wondering if its possible to use CE to change a set of static values such as XP to next Level. I dont know if static is quite the right word but they seem like they are more concrete values that would actually be saved somewhere as a permanent point to reference to/ against in some way.
the game im currently dinking around with is watchdogs 2 and its follower system. Followers are the games equivalent to XP and at each level you are awarded research points.
If this isnt possible with cheat engine or im using the wrong terminology please let me know, while im not really trying to work on this as a project, i would like to know about it and to have a thread on the topic if someone is looking for the same thing. Many thanks for any help! _________________

sorry, what im asking is, can you change the value of how many followers it takes to level. So, instead of changing my followers every time i level up, instead i change how many followers it takes to level up. Instead of it taking 542000 followers to reach level 7, it would take whatever is one follower higher than level 6. level 8 would be 542001 followers, level 9 would be 542002 followers and so on and so forth. Did i make that a little more clear? _________________
