What does the f mean (.bat)?

So a type of file extension I have never dealt with is .bat. This is the first time I am using this type of file to reset the registry and allow me to install the latest version of flash player because I was getting errors and stuff. But sadly after installing the latest version I cant fricken use it because everything related to it is disabled (or something along the line), good thing that its possible to edit a .bat file with a text editor and what I saw written were


    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.spl /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.swf /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mfp /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.sol /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.sor /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashFactory.FlashFactory /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashFactory.FlashFactory.1 /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashProp.FlashProp /grant=administrators=f
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashProp.FlashProp.1 /grant=administrators=f
    etc.


now my only question is, does the "f" in "grant=administrators=f" stand for "false"? If so do I change it to "t" for true or "r" because I saw this

    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.swf /grant=users=r
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mfp /grant=users=r
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.sol /grant=users=r
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.sor /grant=users=r
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashFactory.FlashFactory /grant=users=r
    subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashFactory.FlashFactory.1 /grant=users=r
    etc.


Note: I want to "grant administrators" to be true so I can set everything back to normal.

My guess is that f stands for 'full' and r stands for readonly

Ya you are probably right because I had a look at the permissions on one of the registries and Admin has full control and users have read only.

Do you think I should then change the "r" to a "f" so users have full control because registries only have full and read and sins users has been set to read only then before it users was set to full.... maybe...

Its just thing is, I have a program which I use a lot and requires FP but after running the .bat file and updating FP its giving me a error (see the pic).
