In games there is a virtual box around each character - I mean with "virtual box " the range which u can select or attack the monster when u but your cursor on him . How Can I get the virtual box value from the games ?

Can you try to clarify with a few more sentences? I'm not really sure what you are asking for?

Do you want the range of these "boxes"
Do you want to know what is in the "boxes"
What do you want to do with the "boxes"

At least 5 more sentences, and perhaps a picture or some other method to describe what it is you are asking.

You are in a game . there Is a monster in front to you . to attack the monster you have to move the mouse on him , when the mouse enter the range of the box u can select the monster ..... How can i Get this box values to increase the size of box and range of selection

Interesting, I personally would try the byte approach, 0 for not on mob, 1 for is on mob. Move mouse and test until you find the value. See what accesses the value, look at the structure to see if more information is given there.

It depends on what you're wanting it for...what it is that you are actually trying to achieve.

However, for just the binding box, couldn't something like Direct3D be used?
