Cheat Engine

It won't open up, and I have no idea why. If you need it, my system information is:
Manufacturer: HP
Model: HP Pavilion dv6000
Windows Version: Vista Home Premium
Operating System: 32 bit
pls help

try booting in safe mode. Hold f8 during boot (after the bios screen but before windows starts)

when you say "it" do you mean your computer or cheat engine ?

what is the error you see? Or nothing at all ?

Or lean the command line and boot up in safe mode command line. THat might help

What is the boot devices in order ?
What error do occur to you ?

1. Did you ever use the computer in a thunderstorm, if so, do have a charge-protector between your Computers mains-plug and your wall-outlet.

2.Have you ever handled your HDD without first "grounding" yourself, that is checking to see if your hands are carrying any static.

3. Did the HDD come from another Computer with a copy of Windows, and Windows Partition table already installed.Because I (believe) that might not work, and that Partitons and Boot Records are BIOS Specific (Although, I could be wrong about that, might be something for you and me to research)...????

4. Has any message prompt ever popped up on your desktop asking you if you would like to "Cry" or Not... Wink

5. How old is your computer?
