i want setvalue only when header frozen

setvalue : (code)

unfrozen skill
hp hotkey is not apply

frozen skill
hp hotkey is apply

Don't show children when not activated; activate children when activated; deactivate children when deactivated; Set to value script to set the value you desire to be frozen (or just set the same hotkey that activates the parent to child set value).
