I use CE since many years and after so much time I find that the "active" fixed value can be improved and split in two options, namely fix the value in decreasing or/and increasing.
There are typical example, like collecting money, where you want to continue collect them but don't lose them, for example when you buy something, this means you want the value to continue increase but not to decrease. Another example is when you have game with rpg mechanics and with each level it increases the HP, you want to fix the HP value to its maximum, thus you want the value to increase but not to decrease.
Thus it would be nice, if instead of having only an option to fix a value, you could have two options to fix the value in one or both directions, namely increasing and decreasing.

That's already implemented. Click on the small white space just to the right of the "Active" checkbox.

Cool, but if you don't know it, you won't find it. Who clicks in a white space? It is an hidden feature.
