For some reason, the .rar file that's available for download won't open.

CheatEngine651NoSetup

I've downloaded it from 3 different places; work, phone (non-wifi), and home. All of them get the same error.
"Can not open file 'C:\xxxx\CheatEngine651NoSetup.rar' as archive"

At home, it's no issue since I used the .exe installer. However, at work, the installer gets picked up by the antivirus and I don't need the security team getting on my back about making an exception.

I was using 6.4 without any issues, but a .CT I was using insisted I use 6.5 and I ended up uninstalling 6.4 off of my work PC.

Is there something wrong with the download or archive itself; considering the same(ish) error from 3 difference sources/ISPs? Or is there a mirror for the non-installer version?

You need WinRAR (or 7zip) version released this year.

Awesome! Thanks, that was exactly the issue.
I didn't realize it had been so long; ver9 -> ver16
