Terrible anxiety attacks... haven't smoked in three days.

Hopefully quitting smoking weed, tobacco, caffeine and alcohol will help, but I was sober when these started. The first time was last week when I was smoking, so I slowed down a lot, but then it happened first on a day I had only used tobacco. Going to see a doctor asap.

It started with feeling light headed, then I started pouring sweat breathing heavily causing my arms to go numb. Ever since the first time two days ago my lungs/ribcage feel like I never get a good breath in and my heart has been palputating more than usual.

just keep smoking weed
Will never smoke again because it surely makes them come on easier.

LSA is a depressant and it should help with sedation

yes not eveyone lives in cali or w/e where sunny 24/7 aka hard to get sick unless ur dumb af.

ya yaya supposedly easier to get sick but i say if u live a healthy lifestyle, prob can go forever without being sick and can shoot up meth too

let me know how it goes. i dont have anxiety but do these daily. opens my chakras increases blood flow relaxes and calms my mind and sends waves of ruphoria throughout my entire body.

Well if you are certain that your anxiety is not being caused by situational stressors you need to at least control your symptoms biologically, yes, meditation and breathing exercises will help, but I've been there and intense anxiety attacks need more than just breathing exercises. You need medication

do not listen to this. this is a lie fed to society. he has fallen for the b8. all the advertisements on t.v. of take this pill to fix this. and then take this pill to fix this. and heres another pill for the side effects you may experience from the other pills. you do not put a bandaid on cancer. you treat it and remove it.

by doing these brief amd simple exercises daily not when youre having anxiety attacks you will avoid anxiety all together or at the very least significantly reduce it. the purpose of what i said is to not calm oneself during an attack but to prevent the attack from happening all together.

Medication does not have to be in a pill. Notice I recommended a natural depressant. Not everything works the same for everyone.

Sometimes,filling up that missing something is what life,is.
Drink some teas, eat some candies/chocolates and do some activities like running/jogging and swimming might plugged that hole.

I've been on 2-3g caffeine daily and seen the withdrawal of that too

anxiety can be a bitch, I had to suffer the extremes where you have convulsions, tremors, dry heaves, and a generic shit feeling, all from withdrawal



LSA has helped me a lot in this case
