I figured as more time passes, we'd all get older and wiser. We would stop being or "acting" like newfags and actually grow up. That new kids would never join CEF RS cuz it's sucks...

Then we could actually have halfway decent conversations, but it feels like the quality is going down even as we get older.

..why? why must the majority still be a giant man-child.

Well, most people that honestly grow up with any real sense of maturity have the good sense to leave this place. I clearly can't be counted among them.

same thing applies irl, quality stays the same but your expectations get higher b/c you want your peers to be smarter now that you're all older

most 20-40yr/o males are man-children: video games, collecting toys, calling women 'bitches', super-hero movies, etc.

I only talk to how the audience is. The way I talk to Brolock would different to how I talk to Konr or Kyle or you. You cant speak the same speaking manner to every person. Just as you would talk differently to your boss than to your friends. Or speaking at church and speaking at a party. Most of peeps here are programmers, Im not a programmer so I don't talk about programming just as I wouldn't talk about finance and business. you wouldnt relate or understand just as I wouldnt be able to understand C++ etc. I have an outside thing for that. this is a community of people who are in some ways of the same. people dont grow out of here because theyre more mature than others, its because they grew out of the community of people here and dont relate to anyone here anymore. some of you as you work on your careers might make 6 figures to multiple 6 figures and you might still come visit this forum and post here because there are some people here who have similar mindset interest or whatever force of attraction that pulls you back here. if this forum was all just about drugs as it was 10 months ago I wouldnt post here. Only started posting here when politics season started. its something i enjoy talking about especially since my idol in business decided to run for president as well. once that's over ill be moving on with my life unless another general topic held in this forum is aligned with something else im interested in as well.
