you should start blessing your water.
keep one palm open and upward to bring in positivity. bless your water with love, light, peace and tranquility. focus on your water and nothing else, eyes closed with one hand on the water as you bless it. you can take it a set further and write these words on your water.
idk if you already have but i can give you delicious and flavorful vegetarian dishes (i mainly make indian, chinese, and italian vege dishes including noodles and rice) if you choose to stop eating meat.
we can meditate together sometime to connect on a spiritual level and strengthen our chakras, heal our bodies, and undo all the damage we have done as a result of our drug use.

not holy water. the concept is based off a video you have probably seen where a scientist does an experiment where one sample of water he gives it love and positive affirmations the other sample of water hate and negativity he then examines the teo samples under a microscope; the one of love is symetric, beautiful. the one of hate is chaotic, disordered.
you can go back to smoking weed and working a minimum wage restaurant job at age 30 and continue to call people a joke and thinking youre smarter when those youre calling out are doing so much more good with their lives than you.
