Edit: Fuck nigga byte's arbitrary language, can't get past step 8. Very unclear what he means when he says "Change pointer address to 5000". Tried changing value to 5000 and freezing it, but then there's no point. Tried setting top level ptr to 5000 (or 0x1388) and it corrupted shit. Oh well. I might try other stuff later.

| Just finished it. Nigga byte has some glitches with his English writing skills. Not his fault at all that he wasn't born in an English speaking country, but it was mostly communication problems. Also, the struct dissector seems to glitch out and prioritize a pointer data type (8 bytes) over just simply 2 ints (4 byte each) and that screwed me up on the last step. Might be because pointers are generally 8 bytes in x86-64 and x64 systems and I was running the 64 bit version and he may have programmed it that way. Either way, it's always a good idea to browse the memory region and see what's going on.

i caught that too. very common when peoples intelligence gets insulted they begin to nitpick at something entirely unrelated to whats being stated such as ones grammar or the fact that one doesnt capatalize the start of their sentences rather than responding to the topic at hand. i see it as a pathethic and childish attempt to reassert themselves rather than to humble themselves (in doing so benefiting themselves in the long term) and admit their fault/stupidity. |
I don't need validation from randos in CEF buddy. You know you only agree with him because you severely dislike it whenever I hold views that hold contrary to yours and you want to "get even".

When I type here, I type here so that people can understand the jist of what's going on. If it's not gramatically correct, that's fine. People still understand what I'm trying to portray. If you want to be extremely logically focused and correct on grammar, I can do that too. I say with great confidence that I can do that better than you.
Also, what I said is correct. So who are you to evaluate it when you're not even a techie?

I had a minor spelling mistake to the grand scheme of things.
In bold you are contradicting yourself. First off by being a grammar nazi, then typing that...so why did you quote me in the first place? I clearly do not give a fuck.
All I stated was that Dark Byte's understanding of the Engrish language is > your's as you clearly can't fucking read which version you are supposed to use in response to the operating system you run (which I did mention).
