| First offense you should be fine. Already did court shit for weed, a friend for a controlled substance, both just did community service shit. You'll probably have a fair amount of service, but you're white, they're not going to lock you up. |

Actually the main reason why I'll be getting off lightly is because first thing I did when I got out of jail was get a lawyer.
They are still waiting for permission to send the shroomcakes to a lab because apparently those need to go to a specialist and it costs about 300$. The narcotics department in my town never dealt with shrooms/cakes so they have no idea how this will even be treated |
