I need to be able to have it read from this address: XXXXXXXX and if the value was like 1,000 Higher then this address: YYYYYYYY then write this value: 99999999 to this address: FFFFFFFF. Something like that.

I need it to look something like this

valueOne =readInteger (XXXXXXXX)
vlueTwo = readInteger (YYYYYYYY)

if valueOne is 1,000 Higher then valueTwo then
writeInteger (FFFFFFFF, 999999999)
end

local val2 = readInteger(0x00401234)
if val1 == val2 + 1000 then
  writeInteger(0x12347777,99999999)
end

If you don't want val1 to be exactly 1000 greater than val2, then change the operator from == to either >= or >.
