I did some search and found about dissecting structures where you find multiple address ( in my case different addresses of weapon) and dissect it from there to find the ammo values for all ammo. Not sure if it can be applied but ill try that too and meanwhile study from the link given from you. Thanks.

Btw I apologize, I didn't mean that i want to be spoonfed. I would rather know how the things works by myself ,though feel free to remind me if im kinda asking beyond boundaries.
