Disclaimer: Drugs that stimulate dopamine do not really help with concentration, unless the specific reason behind your concentration issues is a dopamine deficiency (and not other issues, for example, you don't like what you're working on). In any case, the pills make repetitive tasks less boring.

1) Acquire a lot of caffeine pills
2) Dose daily, gradually increasing for two consecutive weeks
3) Now, immediately stop. You'll be extremely lazy, depressed, and shitty. This is deficiency from severe depletion of dopamine levels.
4) Go to the psychiatrist, have him assess your behavior
5) Go to WebMD and look at symptoms of ADHD, you can literally list them all in order
6) Enjoy drugs from the biggest drug dealer in the world
