I did I did, but the recipe said 2:1 and I did 1:2 cuz the gruyere is like 10x more... The 16$ block ended up being only half of what my recipe called for and now there's no cheese for the top (don't like breadcrumbs). I'm gonna make the same herb/shallot butter I made last year tonight and prep the turkey by putting the butter under the skin and all over the outside in the morning. Happy thanksgiving everyone
