Update:

It's now my office. The basics are done, small touches and making it more tidy later on. Also will bring in my old office chair once I get a new one for upstairs.

I'd turn it into this neat shelter-like room. Idk why but the idea of owning/building a shelter has always appealed to me. Sort of like a mancave but also with a large supply of canned foods and metal plates in/on the walls to protect against radiation (though you'd have no cellphone/radio reception, could find a solution to that though), weapons, duct tape, screwdriver, wrenches and other tools etc. Tons of video games and movies and music too.

I'm sure nothing would ever happen requiring me to have a shelter and if something did it probably wouldn't be the best idea to stay in my own poorly constructed shelter, but it's just be nice to have and to hang out in.
