I have an observation about the speedhack and I was wondering if anyone can explain it.
I was playing an offline pinball game, and for some reason the speedhack works if I set it to anything greater than 1. Anything below 1 has no effect. You would think that since you're able to speed up the game you are also able to slow it down.

Why does this happen?
