i've got a neighbour with parkinson's.
well, it's not parkinson's. it's a degenerative disease very similar where he has essential tremors, very bad.
he's about like 63 or so. a nice, sweet guy. lives on disability and welfare or something. somehow manages to get enough money for 1-3 oz a month of weed.
have smoked with him several times. basically family. great soul. sucks that he has that issue. it can also develop into whatever he has now, + parkinson's. he also has depression and bipolar disorder.
he can't even roll joints. i have to roll them for him. he also can barely pack and light his bowl.  |

I had a chance to meet a few narcs
They were actually nice people
One even paid for our hotel (we were hitchhiking again but this time it was a larger trip)
Aside from that, El chapó doesn't really mess with normal people
