How do I cheat?

The latest version of Adobe Flash Player has been installed on
my PC. The version is 10. A box came up saying that it
had been installed. Why is it not working?

For which browser ? You need to install it for each browser separately.

| how do you use cheat engine with the adobe flash player update to version 23. It doesn't show the flash player in the process panel

So use Firefox. That runs the plugin container in a different process so you can mess with that to your heart's content without ever crashing your browser.

if you want to use CheatEngine with flash, consider using the Standalone binaries for Adobe Flash, and then loading from URL to load your flash game or whatever.
after you load the game into the standalone player, you should be able to attach CheatEngine to it.
