sober means no substances. i know it's a hard concept to grasp. i don't even take over the counter medication aside for ibuprofin every once in a while for hip pain. benedryl, nyquil, robotussin, etc. are not allowed at my sober living but no need for any of those.

i wanted to ask you, i havent taken any klonopin in a while and i wont say that im getting craavings but anxiety makes me really really want to buy a crapathon of klonopin
sometimes it feels like its the only answer because i wish i was always in a hypomanic state
any advice?

thats next. but gunna be really hard and not going to be for a little while. from a handful of friends that also stopped caffeine intake they tell me they have way more natural energy now and through eating certain foods they really notice the increase in energy..

You can't avoid caffeine, your brain needs it to some degree, same goes for THC

Just don't be abusing it.

Best way to deal with anxiety is meditation. You won't see results overnight, but after three years I could definitely feel the difference in my pattern of thought. Medication only suppresses the racing thoughts. In meditation you let them flow, and that's the best way.
