Reasons I like Windows 10: (Note I know it's possible to backport this shit but I don't really care)
- I can reformat without having to touch my USB stick. That's an instant win for me right here.
- Installing Chrome from ninite.com is now 10x more bearable with the new Microsoft Edge browser!
- I can switch desktops natively (and not via some shitty 3rd party program)
- Start bar is half-decent
- Side note: Searching via side bar is also really nice for specific settings
- The automatic window-docking feature Microsoft has is really nice
- METRO APPS ARE NO LONGER FULL SCREEN!
- FUCKING METRO APPS AREN'T FULL SCREEN (needed to be reiterated twice)
- Their new minor GUI improvements (e.g. the calendar/clock window) looks nice (though finding out how to do basic things such as changing timezones can prove difficult)
- Other minor shit that's obviously not important enough for me to remember

But that would also be equally true, if we all adopted the use of technology in more ways than we do now. It's only going to happen if we use open source.

I think this is bullshit, directx devs should be able to ship a dx12 app in windows 7, if you have a compatible gpu with the correct drivers, it's just marketing to me, I mean it's just code, with 64bits systems, and no hardware change, how could that not work ? Even tho I don't have a solid knowledge about this, but sounds like bullshit.

We could use a restore partition in other systems right ? Though the usb stick if safer, but not that practical.

That's a win, but metro apps in general are a fail (I use 1 of all the preinstalled crappy metro apps, the news, and I can do it in a browser, without ads  ).
