is it possible to trace or to find out what address the trainer 's changed
and if possible , how ?

Keep in mind that this is in a way stealing. Granted if you are doing it for learning purposes then so be it.
Yes it is possible. Debug the trainer and set a breakpoint on ReadProcessMemory and WriteProcessMemory. (Assuming it is an external trainer.) Check the stack for the arguments passed to the API to determine the data being read/write and the size.
There are applications out there to automate this process, such as:

IMO there's a huge difference between "hacking" and "ripping".
To be able to "hack" you'd need way deeper knowledge of computers, then you'd need for ripping. Also you create your own stuff. It would be awful if you spend all your knowledge and time in creating something and then someone picks it up and says it all his/her work, wouldn't it? |

^This. If you know how to hack you already know how to rip.
You know years bnack if you asked a question like the OP has, you would get so much hate...now you get help on how to easily rip. Probavbly why we are seeing more rippers and lamers than we did in the good ol tim,es. _________________
