my friend flipped the polaris ranger we were in while trying to drift and i smashed my face into the ground, landed on my knee and hands, and something smashed into my ass so it was sore for an hour, and the roll cage got bent
was fun

its a tribute to Surveillance Camera Man, except we just do it to each other and set it up in a similar way, so its slightly improv but still has a basis and path to follow
