Sleep paralysis. I have it all the time. Had it last night actually. There was an old skinny man standing next to me, saying something weird and doing something weird with his eyes and approaching his face to mine and as he approached me he started transforming into me. Can be scary and confusing as fuck.
Most of the time I only hear and see things (and 'feel' the presence of people or things) but sometimes they're really vivid and I can actually feel how hands are coming out of the wall and grabbing me etc. Sometimes I hear kids and women shouting my name begging for help or to warn me. I've even been abducted by aliens two or three times. But I know they're all just hallucinations.

sleep paralysis doesnt have to happen all the time. Ive had it 3 or 4 times, and i can force myself into partially
like for me I was lying in my bed normally and a big black dark force was hovering from my ceiling and i absorbed it into my body

I had this happen one time to me minus the scary things. It was like I fell asleep, but I was just really intense pressure like I thought I had fallen asleep, but I know I didn't because it was seconds after laying down and usually it takes me an hour at least. I felt like there was a great pressure on top of me causing me to be unable to move. This has only happened one time to me, but after the episode what felt like was very long time had only been about ten minutes since I had laid in bed. I don't remember any details, except that everything was getting this hazy distortion like I was losing oxygen (which I may have been because I felt like I couldn't inhale).

I get sleep paralysis all the time. I have trouble sleeping pretty often because of anxiety and it fucks with everything. Usually though, my hallucinations are mostly through sound. The visual hallucinations are faint, just from my peripherals. It's horrifying, but only for a bit. I had already known about sleep paralysis from some shitty "alien encounters" documentary, so when it happened to me for the first time I pretty much understood what had really happened after waking up.
But if demons/aliens really have chosen to contact you specifically, for whatever reason, keep us updated.
