id say continents are just large connected land masses, which is why australia would just be by itself
eurasia makes sense though
but i guess the line between continent and country borders is a bit blurred, probably why europe and asia are seperated.

| Why should the Americas be split? What justifies the bonding of Europe and Asia without the bonding of Africa onto that? I think that the difference between continents vs countries would be mainly political.

i think it is culture and geography. Alot of ppl consider Egypt to be Middle East even though its in Africa

Middle East isn't really a continent tho. It's more of a region.

yeh in middle school when youre 10-13. so its understandable. a lot of people in the u.s. dont know about north and south korea either. south koreans always get asked if theyre from north or south. |
