This is not a marketplace but i don't think its against the rules.

What are you trying to do ? People will help you without the need to pay if it doesn't involve a lot of time. Posting threads like this though you only open yourself up-to scammers.

will I only wish to work with who has a nice background here.

Im trying to extract information from pokerstars 7 software, but its just seems impossible, as they dont have any constant pointers.
