>i see this as my chance to ditch him
>start walking faster (i was walking the same speed previously but walked slower in response to other guy)
>guy asks me for 50 cents before I get away

It's unnatural for a male to speak to a stranger while urinating. If a guy tries to talk to you while he's urinating in public, chances are there's something wrong with him. You should ignore him, unless he's peeing on something you care about - in which case you should murder him and claim self-defense.

At least he didn't try to touch you.

I have a couple stories of running into random people on the streets at like 1 AM who are tripping on acid and shit. don't feel like typing it out though. because fuck you that's why
