| Seems that you cannot do a scan what access this address cause this will crash the game? Is this a debugger protection? If so, any bypass?

Windows debugger? VEH debugger? Kernelmode debugger? DBVM?
Hardware breakpoint? int3 instructions? Page exceptions?

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be posting here if this wasn't cheat engine, so naming different debugger questions doesn't exactly help at all.
Plus I did mention "scan what accesses this address", which is self explanatory on what this does if you wish to even use this. So the answer I was expecting was is there something that can bypass the crashes?

Have you tried the other debuggers available?
If that doesn't work I guess you'll have to try working around it, or try a different tool; or maybe a different version of cheat engine/sonic adventure 2?

These are not different softwares. These debuggers and options are all in Cheat Engine. Considering that you have no idea about that, I assume you are not familiar with them.
The basic setting in CE is to use the windows debugger, which is detected by pretty much everything that has any protection. Go to the settings and change it to VEH debugger. If it will still crash, change Hardware breakpoint to Page exceptions and try it again.
