How do I cheat?

So I download it and I'm on chrome, but right when it finishes it, it says chrome has blocked it.

Firstly, how do I bypass this?
Secondly, is this a trojan or a virus? I don't want any on my PC.

Please help the newbie...

it's not a trojan or a virus, just an advertising agency that offers other product you might be interested in. Those offers may change your homepage if you're not careful, so just make sure you pick the option that doesn't install the offer they provide (if you don't want that)
