If you're falling asleep in lecture you need to make sure you eat a bigger breakfast because you'll be burning calories in your morning exercise and make sure you get enough sleep. If the lecture is boring to you even if you aren't really out of energy you can become tired because it can be exhausting to try to pay attention to something you aren't really interested in. History is like that for me, so even when I got to bed at a reasonable time I sometimes got really tired from the lecture then after class I would feel just fine. |
Explain more about the rem sleep and perhaps how not to lose it? Other than that, the idea is to eat a bigger breakfast?
