It's definitely white and gold, man. Shadow just gives it a blue-ish tint.
Maybe very slightly light blue and orange.

hahaha, the original picture sure looks white & gold. I mean, you can sample pixels with an image editor to verify.

I have come to a consensus that everyone who says it's blue and black are just trying to troll the people who know that it is off-white and gold.

Some of the people who say blue and black are actually looking at a blue and black dress. There are multiple versions of this dress floating around, and everybody has a phone these days with editing tools.

I think its funny how the whole world is surprised in 2015 like they never have seen an optical illusion before

There's been various RGB proofs saying that the dress is blue and black. I thought it was blue and black when I first saw it, so I personally have no idea how people can somehow completely ignore the blue. I tried looking at it in different ways to understand the white and gold, but the blue was too strong to ignore.

Also I've just realised that I have only samsungs displays, so I can't even see how does that picture look with washed up colors that would make me see white and gold.

When I look at the original (middle) in this context, I can almost grasp how some would view it as blue.
