gaufesin is paired with dexotrmorphan in OTC drugs like nyquil and delsym. codeine and promethezine is what is in lean. if it doesnt have codeine it isn't lean

codeine isnt even that strong btw

its probably just the type of promethazine, like the binder or whatever idk chemistry
like theres 2 types of dextromorphan, one is normal and the other is slow release which is found in delsym

so that shit looks legit ,have fun bruh. and nice filters

if u wanna get real fucked up on pretty much the strongest drug vape some fentanyl patches. people advise you to set an alarm clock for every 15mins so you dont fall asleep and die
