| I joined this board when I was an edgy 'hacker' at the age of fourteen about 7 years ago or so, this still seems the place with the least rules for my question. First of all I'm drunk out of my mind, so forgive that. Second, I'm making an application with Java Unsafe and JNA to access dark souls 2 memory, trying to find a way to access soul memory and broadcast it over tcp (for neato PvP and PvE with friend or whomever wants to fork the git). However I'm fucked when it comes to machine language and anything that comes close, so my question is: where do I ask. These tutorials are all nice and stuff, but they take fucking ages to produce no to limited result. It doesn't help that many of them skip parts or are written in broken english. Any of you more familiar with this who know? And if this isn't random enough idgaf (millhouse is a meme or some shit). |

That doesn't even mean anything. Every dark souls thread is full of this. Anyone trying to push a real idea through here gets locked or something? Thanks for the help
EDIT: Also, I'm sorry for blaming you, just doing your job. But how does this count as multiplayer hacking. Client side data doesn't even seem like trying to secure anything. So everything on this site (in regards to DS2) violates your rules. I'm trying to find the same memory addresses as any other 'hacker' here.
According to subboard rules I'm not breaking any I suppose |

Your post clearly indicates that you are trying to alter things while playing multiplayer. You mentioned various parts of online gaming such as TCP, 'client sided', PvP, and so on. This proves that your intent is for multiplayer.
The rules are the rules though, regardless of the intent, how in depth the hacking is or if its not even a hack at all. Multiplayer discussion is not allowed on this site due to legal reasons in the past. _________________
