Started 207lbs 20-21%BF. Currently 182.6 16-17%BF
Waist was 35.5, as of this morning it's 31.5.
about 375mg active DNP a day. 1200 cals + enough to counteract excercise that day. 4.3lbs or so a week now that I've dropped all the water.

I mean I did that brief dnp run to take advantage of the cold but now I'm back to bulking for maybe a month before starting to actually cut, I lost 6~ kg though

| oh gotchu. I'm just basically resetting my weight class before I start training for uni powerlifting this fall. Going to just cut until 160 or 10%bf, whichever comes first.

OP looks rediculous
u are at nearly optimal aesthetic, u will be good when you cut.
people can be strong but not hueg , theres a point when you look like youre over compensating rather than being healthy and strong

| Damn, I be jelly of all that muscle. Still got the lowest in terms of fat percentage I think. Got to 8.1% before I started bulking three weeks ago. But to be honest, 8.1% in winter time is fucking shit.
