I cant download CE 5.6.1! Crying or Very sad When I do it says this:

Runtime Error (At 24:1015)
Could not call proc.

I really want to use this! Embarassed So if you have any fix for it, I would appreciate it! I have Windows 8 but I know that WIN 8 Works with it cause it worked on my cousins Windows 8!

disable uac and explicitly run it as admin
