what do you suggest

First time that I've heard for that music player. Maybe Clementine or Noise or Rhythmbox?

I would say that elementaryOS, PapyrOS or Ubuntu, maybe even Evolve OS. Idk, but Windows is boring.

If you don't run a server or use certain programming languages then using Unix systems is purely out of being a hipster faggot.

Statistics Can Be Misleading
You cannot - as a web developer - rely ONLY on statistics. Statistics can be misleading.

Note: W3Schools is a website for people with an interest for web technologies. These people are more interested in using alternative browsers than the average user. The average user tends to use the browser that comes preinstalled with their computer, and do not seek out other browser alternatives.

Tip: Global averages may not be relevant to your web site. Different sites attract different audiences. Some web sites attract professional developers using professional hardware, while other sites attract hobbyists using old computers.

Anyway, our data, collected from W3Schools' log-files, over many years, clearly shows the long term trends.

who cares if they are selling your information
why are you soo special
what is soo lucrative about your secrets that you fear large corps

the answer is nothing
you are amongst millions
not only that
but you dont get how advertising works
yes its annoying mainly because it doesnt pertain to you
which is what corps are trying to do make it pertain to you so that its not annoying to see an ad but interesting it makes you want

What if I do have information that I don't want being sold? That is a choice, and to what extent will you allow them to extract further information? Corps like Facebook and Microsoft now already use your conversations and posts as resources for advertisers and the NSA. How much more privacy are you willing to give up? I don't want to any more than it already has.

The NSA will be watching no matter what. The only way to completely avoid NSA detection is to completely seclude yourself from all sorts of technology.
