And this guy from Azerbaijan who has a crappy website filled to the brim with ads keeps submitting tickets that he is earning less. I've tried to tell him advertisers blow their budget for December, and spend a lot less in January, but it's like he's not even listening to me. Trying to get this point across to him is like trying to explain something to hiroshi. Since January started, he's been spamming us with support tickets and emails.
The funny thing is he only earns 5-10$ a day, but it's probably what he lives off in his shitty little country. Get a job, faggot.

Less adds, better functionality, and an overall aesthetically pleasing website will help him earn a bit more. Who goes to sites with a shitload of ads? They seem unsafe to me. You don't sound like a great person to have working for me though with that attitude. Just tell him it fluctuates, like why is he expecting a certain amount? Tell him it's out of anyones control besides the customers and web designer.
EDIT: Just tell him it's because his website is shit

I don't think you get it. Talking to this guy is like talking to hiroshi, you can talk all you want. And basically we don't work for him either. He comes to our company and says he wants tags for ads. We give him tags to which advertisers send adverts. His account is self-service so we're not even obliged to help him, since he doesn't pay for support.

Oh that makes sense, but you're getting trolled hard by hiroshi if you actually think he doesn't understand things. It's all a big game of pretending to not understand stuff, or answering in retarded ways in order to try to get negative attention, which is good enough for some.
