So I discovered the root of my game crashes: when god mode and/or speedhack (2x) are enabled, my mages would infinitely cast lightning spells, which proved too much for my computer (which barely meets minimum specs) to handle. Dropped all of my graphics to minimum except for textures, removed mages from my party, and the game works like a dream. Just a heads up if anyone else is having similar crashes. Smile
