Thinking about making a table for personal use, as I have pretty minimal knowledge in hex editing, but I'm slowly learning, and I have been playing zombies alot, so I was wondering if i could give myself points or infinite ammo, and maybe even higher health.

In most cases no, VAC is only enabled for multiplayer games. The only time, that I'm aware of, that VAC has been enabled on any single player games was with the new Resident Evil due to how the single player mode worked.

I'll support that with my personal experience, I've been using Cheat Engine with Steam/VAC on for years.
