Something simple like that is quite easy. You should take up learning animation so that you won't have to ask people to do it for you. Plus animating is fun.

| Couldn't you do that without knowing how to use advanced animating stuff. Just use paint or GIMP to draw every frame and use Windows Movie Maker to connect it and export to .gif

You don't have to be graphic designer to cut robots hands, rotate them for 180° and put right hand as left hand and left hand as right hand
