What are your biggest complaints about the culture of other forums on the internet?

My biggest complaint are the ”mini moderators", i call them. Basically the group of people who post in a thread just to say it is spam, or to tell another user that they broke the rules. That is annoying as fuck.

My second biggest complaint of other forum cultures is when moderators lock and delete threads you make, and tell you to use the search bar, because the thread you made has been made before by another user. It doesn't make sense, because when you actually do use the search bar and post in the really old thread, they lock it and ban you for bumping old threads. It's like a cancer plague that kills communities.
