Didn't like em sitting in my Armory, so I took them out and started investing them instead, at 5% every 10th of the month.

However, since most governments don't legally recognize Bitcoin as currency, this is really risky shit. Which means I'm getting ready to wave my Bitcoins goodbye

Per dollar, bitcoin is worth 500x more. It's more than currency if it is worth such a percentage more than the USD. It's a monetary system and monetary trade system in one.

It's not about value or me not believing in digital currencies, it's just that, with age, I see little reason to continue using Bitcoins. I'm eighteen now, so I can gamble without the need for Bitcoins' anonymity (not that I need it now, I quit that shit a few months ago), and well, I don't see Bitcoins going anywhere further than $700.

So you say it's not about value or anything, then proceed to make an assumption about the price. OK that's kind of confusing since you're contradicting yourself. And using bitcoin only to gamble? What are you, An unintelligent uninformed minority? Bitcoin is used for monetary storage and value exchange, all without the interference of banks and governments. At that point, price value is almost irrelevant compared to the practical value of peer to peer transactions and exchanges. You would very unwise to discredit and demean the new invention of digital currencies with actual, real economies that strive to expand even more .

By "getting rid", I mean I'm risking them instead of letting them dryly sit in my Armory for years. I'm better off investing them.

"And using bitcoin only to gamble? What are you, An unintelligent uninformed minority?"

I quit gambling a long time ago mate, unless you mean investing in other people (ie btcjam), in that case I still do it.

As for my price guess (yes, it was a blind guess, not a calculated estimate), I would continue with $700 at the end of this year, then ~$2000 by 2015
