Cheat Engine

Hello,
So there is a puzzle game on facebook.
And i get on to hack a "booster",i hack in unlimited of it(and can use it unlimited until i leave/refresh the game),like i shutdown my pc and when i go to the game it gets back to the amount i had before i hacked.
Heres what i did! :
1.I hacked the booster to unlimited.
2.I made that cheat engine table(saved it to my desktop)
3.After i refresh the game,the booster gets back to normal,
that means that the cheat engine table isnt working,at the value (where the booster freeze was) are just ????'s
So can anyone help me to make the cheat table work everytime i would play the game?
