Been trying to find the data values for resources with no luck even when scanning all possible data 4 bit 8 bit ect. Any idea on what I should try to use next to track down the resource data?

According to Geri, they're 4 byte signed.

That is only for the population. I think resources like food etc are stored another way (maybe even encrypted with XOR or something), but I have never bothered with it, because there is built-in cheat for resources and I didn't feel like making useless cheats.
