| legal situation is looking good. my letter from my primary care physician about my diagnosis didn't suffice for court since he doesn't specialize in mental health. so i have six weeks before my next court date to get a letter from a psychiatrist with a more formal diagnosis. i guess that's one good thing that came from being diagnosed with mental health problems. |

Would telling your psychiatrist that you are feeling suicidal lately from all the stress would help? Idk how hard it would be to get a letter but figure something out brah. |

not going as far as saying i'm suicidal. it's dangerous to say you have thoughts of harming/killing yourself or others. that's how you get put into a hospital and monitored. i already know what to say and how to answer any questions to get the diagnosis i want. plus my arm has like 50+ cutting scars already.
wanted xanax, go to psychiatrist years ago, tell them about anxiety and no depression, walk out with xanax script first visit. in jail, want zyprexa script to sleep better. see psychiatrist, talk for an hour, get bipolar diagnosis, walk out with zyprexa script. plus my doctor already diagnosed me with major depressive and have a letter saying that plus documents of all the medications i've been given for anxiety, depression, and bipolar. so that will help to bring into the psychiatrists office.
it's not going to be a problem though. plus i schedule appointments with two psychiatrists; in case the first doesn't give me the diagnosis needed i have a second one to see for insurance. |
