Is there any way I can change how the forums are displayed? This grey background drives me nuts. It's almost the exact shade used when a 'you need to do xys to continue" popup or other error message appears.

I've got a bookmarklet that turns off color codes on a page, but soon as I move to the next page in a thread or go to another one, it's right back to this annoying grey.

I appreciate the attempt reduce optical strain, but for me, it's more annoying than helpful.

Disclaimer: I know this site is provided totally free and is maintained by volunteers in their free time, and I'm thankful for all their hard work. If they choose to ignore my opinion, I'll shrug and continue using (and, on occasion, contributing to) the site as I always have with no hard feelings.

In case anyone is wondering for Opera (the new crappy chrome clone version 20, not the super awesome way ahead of its time version 12)

A really awesome extension called FreeStyler is available

Not even close to Color That Site! for FF. Very primitive like how the opera browser has become itself these days.
