Sooooo ive been using cheat engine for a good year now atleast prob alot more honestly im just being safe xD... but yeh single player stuff i can do without any worries i got that down to a science, but the one thing that still confuses me is when i try to alter browser games. i wont name specific ones, but im just curious as to why the value changes back to what it was originally... for example i have 1000, i buy small amounts to change (1000-5= 995 - 5 = 990) that value and notice the change through cheat engine, and i pick out the correct one and alter that to lets say 10000000 right? but when i try to purchase something again it (10000000-5 = 985)??? i know there is a way to use hex values/codes "sorry not that good that id know the right term" but when i try hex it doesnt work. I looked it up to make sure i was doing it right too and i followed it exactly "different game mind u" but it was a browser game basically a clone of the game being hacked on the vid that im observing.. what am i doing wrong?
the reason it does that is because you are targeting an online game, you are not fooling anybody here, if it isn't an online game then u must have found the display value not the real one.
