Hello,I have already asked for help about this in a previous topic, but this time,I have a target that anyone has,notepad.exe.
Try editing the memory at address 00430000 in 'notepad.exe',I got this address using the code cave scanner, but as you can see in the picture,it cannot be edited,I tried adding it as a table entry and editing it didn't work, also tried finding if it's being written to from somewhere,no code is accessing this region.
The problem is that in the game 'The Microbie Story' all the main module's memory cannot be edited,so it's almost impossible to make a good cheat table for it.

Why do you feel it necessary to use an existing code cave instead of allocating memory?

Because alloc does not work inside trainers, also because I`m also addressing the `Microbie Story` game, where I can`t even change the memory of the main module, check out my first topic (link is in my first post).

I can't check (I don't have the 32-bit notepad)

Try kernelmode read/write process memory in settings

And if that doesn't work then there is another method, but it's a last resort thing only (requires stuff you never should do: pte editing)

also, since you have access to 6.4 beta: execute the lua function activateProtection() before you start the game. It blocks basic access to ce

Because alloc does not work inside trainers

it does work inside cheat engine generated trainers
