How do I cheat?

Hey everybody, i am new here so dont judge me too quick ^^

i m currently working on bypassing a login but thats unneeded Information...

Well i have 2 questions!

1: I am learning Delphi 5 at my school so i know the Syntax, but the unrandomizer source looks wierd to me, so i am asking nicely if there is some explenation to that and how it exactyl works!

2: I now it scans the memory of the proccess address to address and i am asking.. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN SOO FAST? O_o ...

i need in c++ 2 minutes to scan 15k addresses or so (never mind, takes long) and cheatengine needed 1-2 SECONDS.. and yea... thats nothing...!

so hopefully someone can answer these quiestions and Peace!
